- I would personally like to thank Chris Baucom and DentsCharlotte for a fantastic job on my Scion tC. Mr. Baucom was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came down to scheduling my appointment. His customer service skills were beyond my imagination and I would recommend this business and his work to anyone in need of a repair. I can honestly say that I felt what I paid was below the work that Mr. Baucom preformed on my vehicle, and I can assure you that my vehicle looks like it did, when I pulled it off the lot. I was more than just a service call for Mr. Baucom. He educated me on how to maintain the quality of life on my car, as well as giving me advice on things that could better me as a person. Mr. Baucom is a wonderful person and an asset to the company. I hope this letter finds the right person and I can be reached if anyone has questions. I thank you for your time.

- I just wanted to thank you again for doing such an amazing job on my car. It is impossible to see the dent!
I know you spent a lot more time than you expected to fix it. I apologize if we did not compensate you enough due to my pictures! I will be sure to pass your name onto to all my accident proned mom friends.
Merry Christmas! Kristen Mckenzie
- Chris, I am taking this opportunity to formally express my sincerest appreciation to you for the outstanding job you did in fixing the dents I had in the gas tank of my custom Harley Davidson. As you can imagine, to possess a fully customized motorcycle, literally, a show bike, with dents in the tank, does not make for a happy owner, particularly considering the total investment value of this vehicle. Needless to say, the cost of removing the tank and having a re-do on my custom paint job and the idea of exact matching the paint did not bode well for me.
Hence, the alternative of paintless dent removal. I had seen the process in the past, but was not sure if it could be done on my gas tank. Contacting you was the best thing that I could have done. Your confidence and assurances that you believed my tank was repairable convinced me that I was in good hands. And, the results speak volumes about your skill level. Obviously, I could not have made a better choice than DENTS CHARLOTTE, INC. You did a masterful job on my tank and I am ecstatic with the results. I applaud not only your professionalism, but also the manner in which you masterfully repaired my tank at cost both fair and reasonable. As a dedicated motorcycle enthusiast and a business professional words cannot adequately express my gratitude to you for a job well done. Please feel free to share the contents of my letter with anyone who has reservations about using your services to have repairs done on their motorcycle or, for that matter, any vehicle that needs paintless dent repair.
Please accept with this letter my heartfelt thanks very best wishes.
Respectfully, Michael St. Jean President, Carolina Custom Fabricators
- To whom it may concern,
I recently had an incident where my 2006 Harley Davidson Deluxe fell from its stand and received damaged to the gas tank and fender. When I approached my local Harley Dealer, they told me it could not be repaired, without messing up the paintwork. They advised me to get a new tank and fender.
With the economy being the way it is, I did not want to spend the $850,00 for a new tank and $375.00 for the new fender. So I looked around on the Internet and asked a few riding buddies and they all told me it can be done but you need to get the right guys doing it.
I came across "Dents Charlotte" dropped them an email and to my surprise they where on the phone to me within a few hours. I spoke directly to one of the owners Chris Baucom; we discussed the condition of the bike and the damage to the tank and fender. He asked me to send them a few photos, which promptly did. They confirmed back the same day I sent the photos, that they could repair the tank without breaking the paint.
I loaded the tank and fender into a well packed carton and sent it off. Chris called me to confirm receipt and two weeks later, again to say the job was done. He then sent me photos of the completed job and they where great.
However when I got the parts, back home, the photos did not do the job justice, it was fantastic just like new, I could not even tell work had been done. The whole process was very easy and painless, and extremely reasonable. I am in a business where quality and service matters and Dents Charlotte have got it covered. I have no hesitation in recommending, anybody to Dents Charlotte for work on there damaged motorcycle. Thanks again guys.
Yours sincerely, Ian K Beckman Senior Vice President, Hellmann Worldwide Logistic, Inc
